Little Oaks Pediatrics has been PCMH (Patient Centered Medical Home ) ceritifed since 2015.

PCMH is a care delivery model whereby patient treatment is coordinated through their primary care physician to ensure they receive the necessary care when and where they need it, in a manner they can understand.

In order to prevent cavities of primary teeth in young children we offer fluoride varnishes with every well child visit 6mo-3 years since we opened our doors in 2015. We will continue to offer this service and proud that we are seeing less dental repairs for patients that have been a part of our office since the beginning.
