To all our wonderful patients and families in the Raleigh area, we wanted to share some exciting updates and express our continued gratitude for allowing us to be a part of your children's health journey.

More Convenient Weekday Appointments! We've extended our weekday hours and are now open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. This means more opportunities to schedule appointments at times that work best for your busy schedules, even before school and work! Plus, our office is open through lunch for easier scheduling.
Welcoming New Members to Our Little Oaks Family! We're delighted to be accepting new patients, from newborns to 18 years old. If you know a family looking for the same trusted care you receive, please recommend us! The list of insurance companies we accept can be found (and shared) here.
Weekend Appointments Now Available! We understand that weekdays can be challenging, so we're now open on Saturdays from 9 AM to 1 PM for your convenience. However, Saturday hours will pause from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Online Scheduling is Coming. We recognize that sometimes calling to schedule during office hours isn't possible. That's why we will begin offering online self-scheduling! Stay tuned for updates once this is officially in place.
A Gentle Reminder About Appointment Cancellations: To ensure we can offer timely care to all our patients, we kindly remind you of our 24-hour cancellation policy, which helps us avoid a $35 charge for missed appointments.
Continued After-Hours Support: For urgent questions outside of our regular hours, you can continue to rely on our experienced Registered Nurse after-hours service. Please remember that there is a $25 fee for each call, which goes directly to the nursing service.
Monthly Blogs Coming Your Way. As your trusted pediatric partner, we are committed to sharing important information and tips to help you raise healthy kids. From infancy to college preparation, each blog will address different topics spanning the many stages of childhood and adolescence. We welcome any blog topic suggestions. Feel free to respond to this and let us know if there is a topic you'd like us to cover.
Social Media Changes. Our practice has been on Facebook for quite some time, but now we are venturing into Instagram territory!
