EHR allows you to ask your doctor directly

Getting in touch with your doctor and getting the right information can be cumbersome. Typically you will call the office main line. You talk to the receptionist ,who will transfer your call to the nurse, who in turn writes a message to the doctor to review and answer. Your doctor then writes a message back to his nurse , who calls the patient and shares that information. If the patient has another question the cycle repeats itself. There is a better way:
